Yes, i've always used the wonderful smack packs and have never had any problems (that i know of). I've brewed about 5 batch and I'm planning on giving the yeast starter a go on my next batch (style tbd). Just curious if anyone has any good tips, resources, etc.
Also, i know it will improve cell count and therefore fermentation, but am i just speeding things up, or will it actually improve the quality?
